Do I need insurance?
No. Agave Longevity is a cash-pay service with flat monthly pricing. FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Is the medication FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient by U.S. state-licensed pharmacies based on a provider's prescription and are not FDA-approved. Your provider will discuss whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.
Who prescribes the medication?
Licensed clinicians in OpenLoop's medical network review every intake. A prescription is issued only if the provider determines treatment is medically appropriate — and you won't be charged for medication if you don't qualify.
How do I cancel?
