By using agavelongevity.com or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
What Agave Longevity is (and isn't)
Agave Longevity provides a platform connecting you with telehealth services delivered by OpenLoop's affiliated professional corporations and licensed clinicians, and coordinates fulfillment through U.S. state-licensed pharmacies. Agave Longevity is not a medical group and does not practice medicine; all clinical decisions are made by licensed providers. The website's content is educational and is not medical advice.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older (25+ for certain medications) and located in a state where the relevant service is available. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information — treatment decisions depend on it.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You will not be charged for medication if a provider determines you are not eligible. Cancel by emailing help@agavelongevity.com at least 72 hours before your billing date; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Medications
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients by state-licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved. Prescription products require provider evaluation; availability varies by state. Use medications only as directed by your provider and report adverse effects promptly.
Prohibited use
You may not misrepresent your identity or health information, resell or share medication, scrape or misuse the site, or use the services where they are unavailable.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agave Longevity's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing alters your providers' professional obligations to you.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of our principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration where permitted by law, and you waive class participation to that extent.
