Medical services are provided by OpenLoop's affiliated professional corporations; health information collected during your consultation is governed by OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.

- Health information: intake and consultation information is collected through our clinical partners' secure systems and handled under their privacy practices.

- To provide, bill for, and support your subscription and deliveries.
- To communicate with you about your account, orders, and — with your consent where required — marketing.
- To operate, measure, and improve our website and advertising. We configure advertising measurement to avoid sharing health-status information and do not use health conditions to build advertising audiences.

Sharing
We share information with: our clinical partner (OpenLoop) and dispensing pharmacies to deliver care; payment processors; shipping carriers; and service providers under contract. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share health information with advertising platforms.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link; manage cookies through your browser; and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing help@agavelongevity.com. State-specific privacy rights (including California) are honored on verified request.
