At Agave, this initial panel is a $50 one-time step, and ongoing monitoring labs are included in plan pricing — because dosing without follow-up labs is guesswork.
2. Provider review and an actual decision
A licensed clinician reviews your labs, symptoms, and history. Sometimes the right answer is TRT. Sometimes it's enclomiphene — which stimulates your body's own production and is available in all 50 states to patients 18+. Sometimes the honest answer is "your levels don't support treatment," and a real provider will say so.
3. Ongoing management, not a drive-by prescription
Dose adjustments based on follow-up labs, ancillary medications where appropriate (anastrozole, gonadorelin), and a clinician you can message. That's the difference between hormone therapy and hormone roulette.

State availability, honestly
Scheduled testosterone medications are available through our program in 36+ states for patients 25+; enclomiphene is available in all 50 states for patients 18+. Any provider who won't tell you plainly whether they can serve your state is telling you something.
