$79 per month for the menopause HRT program, billed as $237 every 12 weeks. Female testosterone is $149 per month, billed as $447 every 12 weeks, with all lab costs included. Provider visits, medication, and shipping are included in both.
Estradiol as a pill, patch, or cream; estradiol vaginal gel or insert; progesterone when appropriate; or non-hormonal paroxetine or desvenlafaxine. For female testosterone: testosterone cypionate as an injection, gel, or oral.
For HRT, labs are ordered as needed based on your medication and symptoms, and are your responsibility. The female testosterone plan includes all lab costs.
